Rimba Razia began in 2017 with goat and deer farming. Its founder, Dato’ Seri Haji Zakaria bin Abdul Razak, envisioned opening Rimba Razia to the public with the concept of a ‘Petting Zoo.’ On 15 July 2023, Rimba Razia officially opened its doors to the public and is now known as Rimba Razia Zoo.
Main Activities at Rimba Razia Zoo
At Rimba Razia Zoo, the ‘Petting Zoo’ concept allows visitors to interact directly with animals by touching and feeding them. Nearly 100 animal species are showcased, including ruminants, aviary species, foxes, reptiles, and exotic mammals.
Experience the thrill of getting up close to exotic birds while feeding them directly at Rimba Razia Zoo. This fun activity is suitable for all ages, allowing visitors to learn more about bird species while enjoying a friendly and intimate interaction.
Visitors have the opportunity to interact directly with various animals at Rimba Razia Zoo. Approach, touch, and learn about different species in a friendly and safe environment.
Visitors can enjoy the experience of fishing in a specially designated pond and can take home all the catch for free.
At Rimba Razia Zoo, visitors can experience horse riding on a safe and controlled track. Enjoy a relaxing ride while getting to know these majestic animals up close.
