Each online ticket is valid for a single use only.
Children under 90cm in height will be allowed entry free of charge.
Outside food is strictly prohibited.
It is a condition of entry that all guests agree to be bound by the rules and regulations displayed at Rimba Razia Zoo.
The owners of Rimba Razia Zoo will not be held responsible for any injuries, deaths, and/or loss or damage to property under any circumstances.
No refunds will be processed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, and/or any events beyond the control of Rimba Razia Zoo.
No refunds will be issued for unused online tickets.
Not valid with ongoing promotions/group packages/functions/tours.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
You are required to present your MyKad / Passport for verification at the ticket redemption counter. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.
