• Online tickets are valid for a one-time use only per purchase.
• Children under 90cm are allowed entry free of charge.
• Outside food is strictly prohibited.
• It is a condition of entry that all guests agree to be bound by all rules and regulations displayed at Zoo Rimba Razia.
• The owner of Zoo Rimba Razia will not be responsible for any injury, death, and/or loss and damage to property under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disasters, and/or any events beyond the control of Zoo Rimba Razia.
• No refunds will be entertained for unused online tickets.
• Not valid with ongoing promotions/group packages/functions/tours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• You are required to show your MyKad/Passport for verification at the ticket redemption counter. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.
